I was assisted by a store management person, Tanya Benson, who was an outstanding, thorough, professional, caring, and kind to seniors, person. Thanks to Ms. Benson I will always be a loyal JCPenney’s customer !! She went out of her way to treat my concerns with sincerity . She stopped what she was doing and proceeded to help me. All of my concerns were addressed and then some!
We have shopped at the Burlington JCP for many years. We look for Thelda Tiepelman. She is very friendly (even if we are not buying) and always helpful. she is agreat asset to the store .
Lacy in Fine Jewelry was very helpful and knowledgeable as I was picking out a ring for my anniversary. She made good suggestions and the ring I picked was one that she selected for me. She is a keeper. In this day and age it is more about service than product.
William was working alone in the customer pick up center, yet he treated each customer as if they alone had his utmost attention. He apologized for the delay. I think he handled the busy situation excellently, and calmly. I was truly impressed!

JC Penny in Santa Fe just got a beautiful make over complete with a fresh coat of paint. I was drawn to it and decided to go in and shop for my trip to Disney World.
